Tech Pack Builder — Your Specification For Manufacturer Review

A tech pack records the specification you want your manufacturer to review. This builder combines garment drawings, referenced starting measurements and construction information with your material, colour, decoration and quantity decisions. A completed document still needs physical samples and manufacturer approval before production.

Choose your garments, brand name, colourways, fabric composition and weight. Review the garment-specific measurement chart, adjust the measurements and grading where needed, and specify samples separately from bulk quantities. Required choices must be answered explicitly.

A tech pack is one design of one garment, so three hoodie prints are three packs. Additional packs use the builder's volume pricing, and you see the order total before paying. Review the watermarked PDF with your own specifications before deciding to unlock it.

Where the measurements come from

Measurement references identify the published garment charts used as starting points. Derived dimensions and alternate fits are disclosed; they are not independently validated production patterns. Size runs and grading vary by garment. Confirm the measurement methods, tolerances and fit against your own sample before bulk production.

What the builder asks for

• Which garments you are specifying, and how many designs of each. Two hoodie prints are two tech packs.
• Your brand name, and a logo file if you have one. Both appear on the cover.
• Colourways: pick the colour and the nearest Pantone TCX reference resolves automatically, ready to name and to send to a mill.
• Your artwork, per design: upload the file, choose the placement zone and the print size in centimetres, and it is drawn on the garment at that size.
• Sample size, number of sample pieces and colourway. Bulk quantities are required for each colourway unless you explicitly mark them undecided; the PDF records that deferral for the manufacturer.

What you get back

Garment-specific measurement tables with tolerances, construction pages, the bill of materials, label and care information to confirm with your manufacturer, the packaging and folding sequence, and a reference catalogue of the stitches, washes, decoration methods and trims we can make. The document carries your brand and no supplier details, so you can share it with your chosen manufacturer. It is delivered as a vector PDF with selectable specification text.
