6 Key Factors

What Affects Your Price

Fabric Weight & Type

Heavier fabrics (500+ GSM) cost more. Organic and certified materials have a premium over conventional. Custom fabric development is available for larger orders.

Order Quantity

Larger orders reduce per-unit cost. MOQ is 50 units per style per colour. Best pricing starts at 200+ units.

Decoration Complexity

Simple one-colour screen print vs. multi-position embroidery vs. all-over sublimation. Each technique has different setup and per-unit costs.

Garment Construction

Standard construction vs. speciality sewing (run-stitch, double-layered, custom panels). More complex construction means higher cost.

Finishing & Washing

Garment dyeing, acid wash, stone wash, enzyme wash — specialty finishes add €2–8 per unit depending on the process.

Packaging & Labels

Woven labels, hangtags, custom polybags, tissue paper, branded boxes — packaging can range from €0.50 to €3+ per unit.

8 Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

50 units per style per colour. This is one of the lowest MOQs available from European manufacturers, making it accessible for startups and established brands alike.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees for standard orders. Screen printing has a one-time screen setup (€25–40 per screen) included in the first order. This fee is waived on orders above 500 units.

What’s included in the per-unit price?

Fabric, cutting, sewing, decoration, quality control, and standard packaging (polybag + carton). Branded packaging is additional and quoted separately.

How does quantity affect pricing?

Orders of 50–100 units are priced at standard rates. 200+ units typically see a 10–15% reduction. 500+ units see a 20–30% reduction. 1,000+ units get best factory pricing.

Do you charge for tech pack development?

No. If you don’t have a tech pack, our team develops one as part of the sampling process at no extra charge.

What payment terms do you offer?

50% deposit to start production, 50% before shipping. For repeat clients, we offer flexible payment terms including Net 30.

Are shipping costs included?

No. Shipping is quoted separately based on destination, volume, and preferred carrier. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight.

How do your prices compare to China or Turkey?

Our prices are competitive with Turkey and 15–30% higher than China. However, you get EU quality standards, shorter lead times, easier communication, lower shipping costs to EU/UK, and no import duties within the EU.
