How to Secure Your Slot
Submit Your Project
Share your tech pack, sketches, or reference images through our order request form. Tell us about quantities, fabrics, and decoration. We respond with a detailed quotation within 48 hours.

We produce a physical sample for your review. You check fit, fabric, colour, and decoration quality. Adjustments are included until the sample matches your vision. Sampling typically takes 1–2 weeks.
Confirm Production
Once your sample is approved, confirm your production slot with a 50% deposit. We schedule your order on the production floor and provide a delivery timeline. You receive updates throughout the process.
Important Notice
Peak Season Advisory
August–November is our busiest period. Holiday collections and Autumn/Winter production fill our factory floor, and lead times can extend by 2–3 weeks during this window.
Brands planning for Q4 should submit sample requests by July to guarantee their production window. Late submissions may be pushed to the next available slot in December or January.
The earlier you start sampling, the more control you have over your timeline.

Can I book a production slot without a sample?
No — sample approval is required before we schedule bulk production. This protects both sides: you confirm fit, fabric, and decoration quality before committing, and we ensure the production spec is locked before allocating factory time. You can submit your project at any time and we will begin sampling immediately.
What happens if I miss my production window?
If your slot passes without a confirmed order, we move you to the next available production window. During peak season (August–November), the next opening may be 4–6 weeks later. We always notify you in advance if your window is approaching so you have time to confirm.
How far in advance should I plan my production?
We recommend a minimum of 8–10 weeks from first contact to delivery. This includes 1–2 weeks for sampling, 4–6 weeks for production, and shipping time. During peak season, plan 12 or more weeks ahead. The earlier you submit your project, the more flexibility you have with scheduling.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes, rush production is available subject to current factory capacity. Rush orders are prioritised on the production floor and can reduce lead times by 1–2 weeks. A rush fee may apply depending on the order size and turnaround required. Contact us to check current availability.
