Production planning, honestly framed
A launch date needs a working route.
This board helps you plan the sequence. It does not pretend to be a live factory-capacity feed; your actual window is confirmed against the approved sample and active schedule.
What is reliable here
Guidance, not a blinking green light.
The previous “live” status could go stale. This version separates durable planning guidance from the capacity decision that must be checked by a person.
- Sampling guidance
- 1–2 weeks Before corrections and approval
- Production guidance
- 4–6 weeks Project and season dependent
- Window confirmation
- Human check After approved sample + deposit
Seasonal planning reference
Work backwards from delivery.
These are useful planning windows, not reserved production capacity. “Start planning” means submit the project early enough to sample, correct and confirm the schedule.
| Season | Collection | Start planning | Sample gate | Target delivery |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 01Holiday 2026 | Gift and seasonal drops | Planning is late | Confirm immediately | Nov 2026 |
| 02SS27 | Spring / Summer 2027 | Aug–Oct 2026 | Before production | Jan–Feb 2027 |
| 03Ramadan 2027 | Focused capsule | Nov–Dec 2026 | Before Jan 2027 | Feb 2027 |
| 04AW27 | Autumn / Winter 2027 | Jan–Mar 2027 | Before production | Jun–Jul 2027 |
A requested date becomes a confirmed date only in the project schedule.
Development before allocationThree gates
A slot is the result of approved decisions.
- 01
Submit the project
Share the tech pack, references, quantities, material direction and target delivery. The commercial team confirms what is missing before quotation.
Start your project - 02
Approve the physical sample
Fit, fabric, colour and decoration are reviewed in the object itself. Sampling guidance is normally 1–2 weeks before any corrections.
- 03
Lock the window
After sample approval, the agreed 50% deposit confirms the production order and its project-specific schedule.
Peak-season rule
More uncertainty needs more runway.
August through November is commonly a busier period for holiday and Autumn/Winter work. Treat 8–10 weeks as a minimum planning frame, add room for transport, and begin earlier when fabric development or multiple sample rounds are likely.
Ask about the active scheduleCan I reserve bulk production before approving a sample?+
No. Sample approval locks the fit, fabric, colour and decoration standard before bulk production is scheduled. You can submit the project earlier, but the production window is only confirmed against an approved specification.
How far ahead should I begin?+
Plan at least 8–10 weeks from first contact to delivery: sampling commonly takes 1–2 weeks, production guidance is 4–6 weeks, and transport is added afterward. Peak periods need more room.
What confirms the production window?+
An approved sample, a locked production specification and the agreed 50% deposit confirm the order for scheduling. The team then provides the project-specific production and delivery timeline.
Is rush production always available?+
No. Any accelerated route depends on the active factory schedule, order size and approved specification. Ask the commercial team to check the live position for your project; this page does not present unverified real-time capacity.
Ready to place the date
Start with the brief, not the slot.
We will map the sample, approvals and current production route around the delivery you are trying to protect well.
