A size chart is essential for any clothing brand. It communicates your garment measurements to customers, reduces returns, and provides the measurements your manufacturer needs for grading and production. This free tool creates professional, production-ready size charts you can share with factories or publish on your website.
Select your garment type (hoodie, t-shirt, sweatshirt, jacket, pants, shorts, polo, or longsleeve), choose your size range from XS to 3XL, and input your measurements. The generator uses industry-standard measurement points — chest width, body length, sleeve length, shoulder width, and hem width — pre-filled with manufacturer defaults that you can customise.
Export your finished size chart as a PDF with your brand name and logo in the header. The output is formatted for production use — clear measurement tables that any factory worldwide will understand.

No ready-made fits or stock patterns
Every garment is developed from scratch. Pattern development costs €20–€35 per fit when you proceed to sampling.

Lay it flat on a hard surface. Use a flexible tape. Chest = pit to pit (half). Length = HPS to bottom hem. Sleeve = shoulder seam to cuff. Always measure multiple times and take the average.
Every tech pack ships with the specification graded XS to XXL, with tolerances — ready to send to a factory.
