A good manufacturing process reduces risk by moving one irreversible decision at a time. The brief aligns the idea. The sample proves the product. The release gives production a standard it can repeat.
Define the product
We begin by translating your idea into one shared production brief: garment, fit, fabric direction, construction, decoration, quantities and delivery destination. A tech pack is essential for exact manufacturing; if yours is still developing, we can help refine it before costing.
Make the first one
The sample is where assumptions become visible. You inspect the silhouette, measurements, hand-feel, stitching, decoration and labels. Feedback is translated into precise corrections, then recorded so the approved version—not a memory of it—becomes the reference for production.
Release the run
Bulk begins only after the product and commercial terms are confirmed. The approved sample, size set, colour references and placement details become the control point for cutting, sewing, finishing and final inspection. The goal is not simply to make more pieces—it is to repeat the agreed garment consistently.

A tech pack is essential for manufacturing your exact vision. It records measurements, construction, materials and finishing so both sides are approving the same product. If yours is incomplete, send what you have and we can help identify what still needs to be defined. For the thirteen garments we produce most often there is also a finished specification you can buy outright and put your own brand on.
After reviewing the actual brief. Fabric, construction, decoration, quantities and delivery requirements all affect the route, so the quotation and production window are confirmed for your project rather than promised as a generic website estimate.
Your feedback is converted into specific amendments to fit, measurements, materials or construction. Those changes are documented before the next approval, so the production reference remains clear.
Factory visits are available for production clients once samples are approved and bulk production is underway, by appointment.
