Brief
First, make the idea manufacturable.
A tech pack anchors the conversation. The garment, fit, fabric, construction and decoration are clarified before production begins. Still developing yours? We can help refine it.

Material
The cloth enters with a job to do.
Weight, composition, stretch, colour and finish are matched to the approved garment. Certified material routes are sourced through partner mills when the project requires them.

Cut + sew
Pieces become a garment one seam at a time.
Cut components move through assembly with the approved construction, measurements and handling instructions close at hand. This is where a drawing becomes weight, shape and movement.
Embroidery / identity enters the garment04
Decoration
The mark should belong to the garment.
Embroidery is produced in-house. Print and specialist finishes use the production route best suited to the artwork, fabric and quantity—then return to the same project for approval.

The last room protects every room before it.
Stitching, measurements and finishing are checked before labels, packing and cartons are completed to the approved specification.

Where the route lives
Made in Barcelos. Northern Portugal.
Factory visits are available for production clients once samples are approved and bulk production is underway. The facility is approximately 40 minutes from Porto airport.
