Garments displayed in the White Cotton showroom

Choose by starting point

Four routes. One should feel obviously yours.

The right service is not the one with the grandest name. It is the one that begins where your product is today.

Begin with the truth

What do you already have?

01Private label

I have my own product direction

Your garment, resolved under your identity.

For brands that want control over the garment itself: fit, fabric, colour, construction, decoration, labels and packing. We translate the approved technical direction into samples and production.

02White label

I want to begin from a proven base

A shorter route when the base garment already works.

For brands whose differentiation can live in material choices, colour, decoration, labels and presentation without developing every pattern from the beginning.

03Custom manufacturing

I have complete specifications

A full cut-and-sew route for a product already defined.

For teams arriving with production-ready specifications that need one connected route through pattern, sampling, cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection and packing.

04Collection development

I have the direction, not the files

Turn a collection idea into products a factory can repeat.

For founders and product teams that know the customer, mood and intended range but still need silhouettes, specifications, materials and samples developed into a production-ready system.

Side by side

Compare the hand-off, not just the label.

The best route is the one that makes ownership clear: what arrives from you, what the factory develops, and what is approved before bulk.

Choosing well

The questions behind the service names.

If your project sits between two routes, send the current files. We will tell you which work actually comes first.

What is the difference between private label and white label?+

Private label develops a product around your own specifications. White label begins from an existing base garment direction and focuses the custom work on the choices that carry your brand, such as fabric options, colour, decoration, labels and packing.

Which route is right if my tech pack is not finished?+

Collection development is the clearest route when the product direction exists but the technical files do not. A production-ready tech pack is still essential before exact manufacturing begins; this service helps develop it rather than pretending it is unnecessary.

How are order quantities and timelines confirmed?+

They are confirmed from the real project. Garment category, fabric source, colourways, construction, decoration and production capacity all matter, so we review the brief before defining the commercial route.

Can a brand move from one service to another?+

Yes. A brand may begin from a base garment, then develop more proprietary products as its range matures. We review the current files and approvals so the next route builds on documented work rather than starting from memory.

Do you offer fashion design services?+

Our focus is technical product development and manufacturing. We help turn a clear brand and product direction into specifications, patterns, materials and samples that can be produced consistently.

Still between routes?

Send what exists. We will map what is missing.

A useful first conversation begins with the real state of the product—not a polished version of the story.
