Send us your specs, reference images, or a reference garment. We respond with a detailed itemised quote within 48 hours — fabric, manufacturing, decoration, labelling, all broken down.
Sampling
We produce your first sample in 7–10 working days. Review it, send feedback, and we iterate. Most brands finalise in 1–2 rounds. Sample cost is credited against your first production order.
Pre-Production Approval
Before bulk production begins, you approve a pre-production sample using your actual production fabric and trims. This is what every garment in your order will look like.
Production & QC
Cutting, sewing, finishing, decoration, and quality control — all in our Barcelos factory. Every garment is individually inspected before packing. Production runs 3–5 weeks.
Delivery
We ship direct to your door or fulfilment centre. EU delivery in 2–5 days. We handle customs documentation and can ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to most destinations.

Our minimum order is 75 units per style and colour — dropping to 50 units per colour if you order 2 or more colourways. For samples, there is no minimum: we produce single units for approval before committing to bulk production.

We manufacture hoodies from 320 GSM lightweight French terry up to 1100 GSM with our signature double-layered construction — one of the heaviest hoodies produced by any European manufacturer. The most popular weights for premium brands are 380–440 GSM for year-round wear and 500–580 GSM for heavyweight streetwear positioning.
How long does hoodie production take in Portugal?

What fabrics do you use for custom hoodies?
We offer French terry (280–500 GSM), brushed fleece / felpa italiana (260–580 GSM), polycotton fleece (280–550 GSM), and our proprietary double-layer construction (1100 GSM). All fabrics are available in 100% organic cotton (GOTS-certified) and conventional cotton. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified across the range.
What decoration techniques are available?
Embroidery (flat, 3D puff, chenille), screen printing (water-based, plastisol, puff, discharge), DTG, DTF, heat transfer, rubber prints, and woven patches. We do all decoration in-house — no outsourcing. Most brands combine chest embroidery with back screen printing.
