If there is a problem, you can fly to Porto in a few hours and be at our factory the same day. This proximity also makes it practical to start with smaller quantities and scale up — something that is difficult when your factory is 8,000 kilometres away.

Low MOQ Manufacturing: Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lowest MOQ you accept?
Our lowest minimum is 75 units per colourway, which applies to hoodies, sweatshirts, zip-ups, joggers and shorts when you run two or more colourways of the same style — 100 units if you produce a single colourway. T-shirts, long sleeves, polos, tank tops and shirts start at 150 units in one colourway, or 100 per colourway across two or more. Most European factories start at 300–500 units, so this is the floor rather than a special case.
Can I order a small first run to test the market?
Yes — that is what the 75-unit-per-colourway floor exists for. For first orders we recommend starting with one or two styles to test fit and quality before scaling up, and we include first-order guidance so the specs are right before anything is cut. A capsule, a test colourway, or a single hero style is a normal order here.
How long does a small-batch production run take?
Standard production takes 4–6 weeks from sample approval to delivery, and a 100-unit run is not slower than a larger one. Sampling time depends on garment complexity and fabric availability. Lead times can vary during peak season (August–November), so we recommend planning 8–10 weeks ahead for holiday collections.
Do small orders cost more per unit?
There is no penalty pricing on small runs — an order at the minimum is quoted on the same basis as a larger one. Volume discounts apply above 200 units, so the per-unit price falls as you scale rather than being inflated at the bottom. The quote itself depends on garment type, fabric weight and composition, and decoration.
Which garments can I produce at the 75-unit minimum?
Hoodies (pullover and zip-up), sweatshirts and crewnecks, joggers, outerwear and shorts run at 75 units per colourway across two or more colourways, or 100 units in a single colourway. T-shirts, long sleeves, polos, tank tops and shirts sit one tier higher at 100 per colourway across two or more, or 150 in a single colourway. We currently produce 38+ styles across those categories.
Do I need a tech pack for a small first order?
A tech pack ensures we manufacture your exact vision, and it makes the quote and the first sample far more accurate — flat sketches, measurements, fabric specs, and construction details. Still developing yours? Send what you have and we will help refine it before sampling starts.
Do I still get a sample before a small run?
Yes — every order goes through a physical sample first, however small the run. You review fit, fabric, colour, and decoration quality, and adjustments are included; we iterate until the sample matches your vision. Sampling takes 1–2 weeks depending on garment complexity and fabric availability.
Can I scale up after a small first run?
