Our custom manufacturing service is the complete solution for brands that need end-to-end production. Process

How It Works

01

Pattern & Grading

Our pattern makers create production-ready patterns from your tech pack or sample. We grade across your full size range and create optimized markers for efficient fabric usage.

02

Sampling & Fit Testing

We produce fit samples and pre-production samples for your approval. Each sample goes through internal QC before shipping to you. We iterate until the garment meets your exact specifications.

03

Cut & Sew Production

Fabric is spread, cut, and assembled on our production lines. Each garment moves through specialized sewing stations with inline quality checks at critical points in the construction.

04

QC, Finishing & Packing

Every garment undergoes final quality control — measurements, stitching, fabric defects, and branding placement. Approved garments are pressed, folded, and packed to your packaging specifications.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked

What is cut and sew manufacturing?

Cut and sew is the core garment manufacturing process. Fabric is cut into pattern pieces and sewn together to create finished garments. It covers everything from spreading and cutting the fabric to assembling, finishing, and packing the final product.

Do I need a tech pack to start?

A tech pack speeds up the process and ensures accuracy, but it is not mandatory. We can work from detailed sketches, reference garments, or descriptions. If you need help creating a tech pack, our collection development service covers that.

What fabrics can you work with?

We work with a wide range — organic cotton, recycled polyester, linen, tencel, jersey knits, French terry, fleece, poplin, twill, denim, and more. We source from certified European and international mills.

How do you handle quality control?

QC is integrated into every stage. We check fabric on arrival, inspect cut pieces before sewing, perform inline checks during assembly, and do a final AQL inspection on finished garments. Every defect is logged and addressed.

What is the typical production timeline?

For custom manufacturing: 2-3 weeks for sampling, 4-6 weeks for production depending on order size and complexity. Fabric sourcing can add 1-3 weeks if not in stock. Total lead time is typically 8-12 weeks.

Can you handle both knit and woven garments?

Yes. Our factory is equipped for both knit and woven production. We have specialized machinery and skilled operators for each category, from jersey t-shirts to structured woven shirts and trousers.
