Piqué
Definition
A textured knit or woven fabric characterised by a raised geometric pattern, most commonly a honeycomb or waffle-like surface. Piqué knit (150-240 gsm) is the definitive polo shirt fabric, offering structure, breathability, and a sporty aesthetic. The textured surface also hides minor imperfections better than smooth jersey, making it forgiving in production.
