Cutting
Definition
The production stage where fabric is cut into pattern pieces according to the marker layout. Industrial cutting uses either straight-knife machines, band knives, or CNC automated cutters for precision. Accurate cutting is critical — even 2mm deviation multiplied across a full size run can cause significant fit issues. Our cutting room processes up to 200 layers of fabric simultaneously using lay-and-cut methodology.
