The total elapsed time from order confirmation to delivery of finished goods. In garment manufacturing, lead time includes fabric sourcing, sample approval, production, and shipping. White Cotton's typical lead time is 6-12 weeks for production from the deposit, with samples usually taking 4-8 weeks — we don't run a paid expedited service.
