Screen Printing

Definition

A printing technique where ink is pushed through a mesh stencil (screen) onto the fabric surface, one colour at a time. Screen printing is the most cost-effective method for large runs (500+ units) with limited colours (1-6). Each colour requires a separate screen, so setup costs are fixed per design. At White Cotton, we screen print with plastisol, water-based, and discharge inks depending on the desired finish and fabric.
