What a tech pack is
The document a factory actually cuts from
A tech pack carries the flat drawings, the points of measure with tolerances, the graded size specification, the inside construction with every seam named, the bill of materials, colourways with Pantone references, artwork placement, labels and packaging. It is what a factory quotes from, cuts from and inspects against. Without one you are paying for someone else's interpretation — and finding out at the sample stage.
There are thirteen of them — one per silhouette, 345 pages and 159 measured rows in total. They are not one template with the drawing swapped: the hoodie pack specifies hood height, drawcord channel and eyelet spacing; the polo pack specifies placket length, button spacing and collar height; the shorts pack specifies rise, inseam and leg opening. None of those rows exist on the others.
Who drew them
White Cotton is a garment factory in Barcelos, Portugal. These are the garments we put through production every week — the measurements, the seams and the production notes come from the floor that cuts them, not from a desk that has never seen one sewn.
