This gives the polo its characteristic structure and breathability that plain jersey cannot match.

The collar is the signature of a polo. We produce ribbed-knit collars that are cut on the grain and attached with flat-lock seams. For brands that want a more formal look, we offer woven collars with added stiffness. Tipped collars — with a contrasting stripe on the edge — are knitted into the rib rather than sewn on, which means the tipping is permanent and will not fray or separate over time. We also produce mandarin/officer collar polos for a contemporary, collarless silhouette.

Embroidery is the natural partner for polo shirts. Unlike prints that can crack or peel on the textured piqué surface, embroidery sits on top of the fabric with a tactile, premium finish.
