What is the minimum order quantity for a new brand?
50 units per style per colourway. For example, if you want a hoodie in black and grey, the minimum is 50 black hoodies + 50 grey hoodies = 100 total. This is the lowest MOQ available from a certified European manufacturer.
Do I need a tech pack to start?
No. Most of our startup clients begin with reference images, sketches, or mood boards. We develop the technical specifications and patterns as part of the sampling process. You approve everything before production begins.
How much does sampling cost?
Sample costs typically range from EUR 50–150 per style depending on complexity. This covers pattern making, fabric sourcing, and construction of a pre-production sample. Sample costs are credited back on orders over 200 units.
What is the process for a first order?
1) Send your brief (reference images, logo, and preferences). 2) Receive a quote within 48 hours. 3) Approve the quote and pay the sample deposit. 4) We develop and send a sample for your approval. 5) Approve or request revisions. 6) Production begins with 50% deposit. 7) Garments delivered to your address.
What payment terms do you offer for startups?
Standard terms are 50% deposit on order confirmation, 50% balance before shipping. For first-time orders, we require the full sample cost upfront. After your first production run, we offer flexible terms based on order history.

Yes. Our collection development service helps you define the number of styles, select fabrics, plan colourways, choose decoration techniques, and map your pricing. Many startups use this service for their launch collection.
