How We Delivered
Scenario
An emerging Berlin-based streetwear label needed a 200-piece drop across hoodies and sweatpants in 520 GSM brushed fleece with garment-dyed vintage finish and 3D puff logo embroidery. They had no tech pack — only reference images and a logo file.

We developed the pattern from reference photos, sourced 520 GSM organic brushed fleece, produced colour lab-dips for the garment dye, and created a puff embroidery digitisation of their logo. Two sample rounds were completed in 12 days.

Yes. Our minimum order is 50 units per style per colourway. Many streetwear clients run drops of 100–300 units across 2–3 colourways. We hold your patterns and embroidery files for instant reorders.
What is the heaviest fabric you can produce?
Our heaviest standard offering is 1100 GSM double-layered organic brushed fleece. We also produce 680 GSM single-layer brushed fleece and 520 GSM options. Custom weights can be developed on request.
How fast can you turn around a streetwear drop?
For repeat orders with approved patterns, production takes 3–4 weeks. First orders including sampling take 5–7 weeks. Rush orders for simple styles can be expedited to 2 weeks at a surcharge.
Do you offer custom garment washes?
Yes. We offer garment dyeing, acid wash, enzyme wash, stone wash, vintage wash, and pigment overdye. Each wash is lab-tested and approved before production. We develop the exact colour and hand-feel you want.
